The campus wifi is called RCC-WLAN. It is an open network so anyone can connect to it without a password.
If your computer has trouble accessing wifi when you arrive at the library select the start menu, “Run” the program “cmd," then in the resulting black “DOS” window, enter "ipconfig /release /all." Then reboot.
